Ø Linen is in not provided in any of our rentals. All tenants need to provide their own sheets, towels, pillow cases and tea towels. We suggest queen sheets for main beds Ø Linen can be hired from Forster Laundrette on 6554 6929 or Kleensweep on 6557 2535. Kleensweep can also assist with the hiring of cots, high chairs and strollers Ø All tenants need to provide their own personal essentials, i.e. toilet paper, shampoo, toiletries, hair dryer, food Ø Our kitchens are equipped for basic cooking requirements Ø Our price list are weekly rental rates i.e. 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday Ø Our minimum booking period is 3 nights. You will need to contact our office for prices for 3 or 4 night stays. 5, 6 & 7 nights is charged at the weekly rate Ø All bookings attract a $10 booking fee payable along with one weeks rent as deposit to be received within one week of making your booking. Balances of rent are to be paid to our office three days after your arrival Ø Deposits will not be accepted unless accompanied by the original booking sheet – copies will not be accepted Ø All security deposits must be received two weeks prior to your arrival Ø All tenancies commence after 1.00 p.m. and terminate at 8.00 a.m. Ø Keys should be collected from our office during office hours – Monday to Friday, 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. and Saturdays 9.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. Ø Keys can be collected by prior arrangement after hours until 7.30 p.m. Monday to Saturday and 10.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. on Sundays Ø Only one set of keys is handed out for each property. Please DO NOT ask for a second set of keys Ø Forster has 4 supermarkets – BiLo in Tuncurry and Woolworths, Coles and Aldi in Forster. Coles is open 7 days a week from 6.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. and Woolworths 7.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. Monday to Saturday and 7.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. on Sundays Ø Stockland Forster is open 7 days a week |
